The "FSA Help" videos are basically online tutorials on some of the
basic skills needed to conduct guerrilla warfare.  They go far beyond
what Tarek Mehanna is accused of doing in the way of "supporting
jihad," and yet it is highly unlikely that anyone involved in
producing these and others like them (some of whom may be spooks in
any case) would be prosecuted any time soon.

It's also common knowledge that a lot of Syrian exiles, including
those in the USA, have been donating money to the SNC, LCC, & FSA.
That's technically illegal, too, but they will never be treated in the
same way as the Holy Land Foundation and the like have been.
