Turkey can and should house refugees in provinces that do not border
Syria. That would be better for genuine refugees, Turkey, and Syria.
The only people who benefit from having refugee camps near the Syrian
border are FSA fighters posing as refugees who go back and forth
between Syria and Turkey, provoking border clashes.
