Khoza may have a point in that state capacity is rather low in terms of
developmental effectiveness. But this is not criticism actually it is
hot air because Khoza is arguing for more neoliberal policies.... it is
as if we ahve not lost a million jobs due to the crisis or that
productive capacity has not been decimated by the deregulation and
liberalisation that has been pursued already... the answer is more of
the same... even Greenspan found a flaw in his theory, Khozan and
Schusslerian economics are immune to reality it seems...
