Close to 40 arrested after an initial day of action against an
impending 81 percent fee hike at UC Berkeley, 11 arrested at UCLA.
Thousands came out for the largest rally at Berkeley in a couple of
years.  Overwhelming support for a statewide strike on Nov 15:
