Thanks for that, Stephanie. 

I think that it does deserve wide attention, not only in South Africa, but
abroad for those who want to understand South Africa. 

I'm sorry that the Sunday Times has taken that position. Sean Jacobs has
reviewed it for the Sunday Independent, which should appear soon. Surely
M&G will review it? 

I'm reviewing it for Monthly Review for a more international audience. I'll
post it here once it's written and published.
