Yes, I have a lot of time for Motsoaledi. What a refreshing change he is. I
think the reduction in HIV infection is a key reason to support attempts to
encourage breast-feeding.

This is the product of a long struggle by the likes of GIFA and the 
IBFAN... there are alternatives for working mothers like expressing milk.
What is a scandal is the marketing of unhealthy substitutes to all women 
when the benefits of breast milk outweigh often contaminated breast milk 
substitutes that are not even prepared under sanitary conditions...
