[Debate] Ecuador Yasuni ITT Trust Fund

It's said that "The find was equivalent to 20% of all the nation's
reserves, worth a minimum $7-10bn" (at
<http://www.guardian.co.uk/environment/2011/aug/14/ecuador-oil-yasuni-national-park>).
 That's the sum that Ecuador should demand, not $100 million.
