[Debate] Turkish warplanes attack PKK targets in Iraq

It would actually be great if the next time the Turkish forces planned
to bomb civilians they would have to re-think the matter because of
possible international sanctions (or the Israelis when they bomb Gaza,
the Syrians when they attack their own population, the Sri Lankans
when they bomb Tamil-populated areas, and so on). Thanks for the
suggestion.
