[Debate] Turkish warplanes attack PKK targets in Iraq

Yoshie's point is not flippant. Why is it that so many who call themselves left wing still seem to follow so closely in their own campaigns the major powers' hit-list of those countries and rulers who must be condemned by all right-thinking people and targeted for punishment? Like it or not, there's a long and sordid history of social imperialist (excuse my use of this archaic term) tailing of their own ruling classes in this regard and little seems to have changed in the post-manichean, complex, contradictory and rapidly-changing (did I leave out "networked'?) capitalist (dis)order we apparently now live under.

Yoshie, while you may be flippant, this is the issue we need to deal
with... what is unique that can be generalised into principles so that
they have the force of law for generalised Enforceability and Compliance.
