[Debate] (Fwd) Shell case: out of court settlement?

Surely what the plaintiffs want is to expose Shell.  I seriously question
any form of settlement at this time which will not only mean we never find
the truth but will also impact negatively on any other communities or
individuals who wish to take one of the other oil companies to court.  I
just hope this is rumour and not true.
