in the article represent those of disgruntled Eskom/ex-Eskom old order.

I know what, and whose views, Moneyweb reflects. I am talking about Barry
Sergeant and his writings. Check this out, for example, in the piece in
question:

"What's happened since 1995 is that the new, empowered Eskom top brass has
ridded itself of any serious talent, especially if it's been pale." This is
vintage Solidarity garbage.
