[DEBATE] : Sign FXI petition on SABC

The Freedom of Expression Institute has laid a complaint with the 
Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (Icasa) against the 
SABC, arguing that the broadcaster has violated South Africa's 
Constitution, the Broadcasting Act and its licence conditions. (You can
