[DEBATE] : Bye Jay

OK, folks, some of us don't live in that Disputed Presidency of Middle Earth
called South Africa. So we have no way of knowing whether there is an actual
and identifiable person behind the persona of Jay Bulworth.
Of course, there may be someone simply taking the piss (making fun) of Zuma
and the Supremes..
But I am personally hoping there is a real person here, largely because of
this paragraph:
'We do however welcome the idea of a promised 'Ministry of Social Movements
and Delivery' to be headed by a woman. This we believe will put an end to
the disturbing practice of NGOs appropriating the 'Voice of the Poors'. We
also look forward to working with a Zuma presidency on pivotal question
relating to aids prevention, gay rights and ESKOM load shedding.'
The idea of a Ministry of Social Movements, with or without Delivery,
tickles MY funny bone. True we can have Ministries without Social MOvements,
and Social Movements against (if not without) Ministries.
But this innovation might help us to at last sort out the 'Real Social
MOvement that Transforms the Present Nature of Things' (Karl Marx, 1847)
from the Ministerial Department of Delivery that keeps things untransformed.
