End of June 2006 a workshop "To BEE or not to BEE?" was organised at 
the Danish Institute for International Studies (DIIS) in Copenhagen. 
Some of the papers presented at the workshop (mainly on South Africa) 
have now been published in revised form as DIIS Working Papers. The 
eight papers (including one on Namibia) will be available for free
