Social movement contests the elections in Crossroads
Inthatho Nxaxheba Ka Wonke Wonke, the social movement which has been
fighting over housing and development issues in Crossroads for several
years, is currently putting up an Independent Candidate (Mlungisi Noludwe)
in this coming local government elections. They are now busy campaigning
for the 1st of March to oust the corrupt ANC councilor.
They are now having a weekend plan of action.
On Saturday 25th of February 2006 they have a Prayer Meeting at 3:00pm at
Sigcawu Primary school in Crossroads.
On Sunday 26th February 2006 they have a Motorcade from Crossroads sports
Complex Hall around certain areas in Crossroads at 2pm.
On Monday 27th February 2006 they have Public Debate with the Panel or key
speakers being the two Candidates for Ward 36. These are Mlungisi Noludwe
from Intatho Nxaxheba and Whitey Depouch of the ANC. Both of them are the
candidates for ward 36.
The Public Debate starts at 5:00pm and will run to 8:00pm
