[AU-Monitor] Latest update on the CSO Pre-Summit and the Women Pre-Summit Meetings

Dear Firoze,

thanks for these updates. a CSO-Pre-Summit is definitely welcome but when 
it goes into Jan 20 to 21, our WSF2007 Nairobi plans may be disadvantaged. 
hence Jan 17 and 18 is the best alternative and least inconvenient as far 
as WSF2007 is concerned, insufficient planning granted.
