Thanks for the mail. It is highly relevant for us, as civil society,  
to know further about the PAP, including its role within the AU  
Framework. What my NGO believes we should do is approach PAP to the  
African civil society community so both learn each other. Just a look  
on the country composition, we have a lot of opportunities towards.
